A Generalization of Cartan's Development via the Rolling Model

In this talk we propose a generalization of the development procedure introduced by E. Cartan by using rolling without
spinning nor slipping of a Riemannian manifold onto another one and its extension to two principal bundles equipped with Cartan connections.
In the case of two Riemannian manifolds the above construction yields a control system and we address the associated controllability issues
