 Given a plurisubharmonic function with isolated singularity, it is of
great interest to ask whether higher Lelong numbers converge under its
canonical approximation. We will introduce the problem, discuss known cases
due to Rashkovskii and give a new proof for the multi-circled case. Also we
will apply the known cases to the problem of equality between two Samuel
multiplicities associated to a graded system of ideals.
