Résumé :
Correlated random-walk can be described by the so-called Goldstein-Kac system which consists
into a system of two transport PDEs with the possibility that particles of the first family
change propagation direction becoming members of the second, and viceversa. The aim of the
talk is to present a generalisation of the Goldstein-Kac model to the case of arbitrary
(finite) propagation speeds in arbitrary (finite) dimension, providing an explicit formula for
both effective transport coefficient and diffusion tensor in the case of symmetric transition
matrix.
