I have recently obtained my PhD in Mathematics at Institut Fourier, Grenoble, France. I was co-supervised by Stéphane DRUEL and Catriona MACLEAN.

Research

I am interested in complex algebraic geometry.

The first part of my thesis was related to the classification of mildly singular Fano varieties with an effective prime divisor of Picard number one, by using techniques from the Minimal Model Program (MMP), Toric varieties, Hilbert Schemes and Étale coverings in codimension one. My results can be found in the following electronic prepublication:

The second part of my thesis was related to problems concerning asymptotic invariants and positivity in algebraic geometry, specially Okounkov bodies. My results concerning the case of projective bundles over curves can be found in the following electronic prepublication:

I am currently working on the geometry of equivariant compactifications of the additive group. This is a work in progress with Zhizhong Huang.

    Working groups

    I organize, along with Louis-Clément, our own working group for PhD students. The goal is to read a book together and give a talk each week. Every year we work on a quite large topic around complex algebraic geometry.
