The zeroes of the Weierstrass P function and hypergeometric series.

In 1981, almost a century after Weierstrass lectures on elliptic
functions were published, Eichler and Zagier found the first
explicit formula for the zeroes of the Weierstrass P function in terms of a modular integral. In this talk, starting from Eichler Zagier formula , I will show that the zeroes can also be written in terms of generalized hypergeometric functions.
