9.3.2 Initializing the random number generator: srand randseed RandSeed
The srand and RandSeed commands
initialize (or re-initialize) the random numbers given by
rand.
randseed is a synonym for srand.

srand takes one optional argument:
Optionally, n, an integer.
- srand(n) initializes the random numbers.
- srand (no parentheses) initializes the random numbers
using the system clock.

RandSeed takes one argument:
n, an integer.
- RandSeed(n) initializes the random numbers.
