6.7.6 Simplifying a pair of integers: simp2
The simp2 command reduces a fraction to lowest terms, where
the fraction is given as a separate numerator and denominator.

simp2 takes one or two arguments:
[a,b], a list of two integers or simply the two integers a,b.
- simp2([a,b]) or simp2(a,b)
returns the integers after they have been divided by their greatest
common divisor; i.e., the corresponding fraction will be in lowest
terms.
