The Expression menu contains commands that are used to transform expressions. The first entry is Expression ▸ New expression (which is equivalent to Alt+E), which inserts a new level and brings up the on-screen keyboard (see Section 2.2, item 2.2). The rest of the entries can be used to insert various transformations.
